As part of the Employment Agencies Act 2004 all agencies are now required by law to obtain the following information from all candidates wishing to engage with the agency to assist them in finding either permanent or temporary work. In order for us to work on your application we will need the following information from you:
1. Proof of Eligibility to work in the UK a. Passport or b. Birth Certificate and proof of NI Number i.e. P45 / P60 or c. Photo Driving License and proof of NI Number
2. Signed Contract for Services a. This is an agreement that all candidates must sign to say they are happy for us to work on your behalf. It does not limit you to working with only one agency
3. References a. Two Reference Contacts – ideally names, numbers and emails
4. Qualifications a. If a role specifies specific qualifications and professional memberships, we will need copies of these documents
5. Registration Document a. Completed with all relevant information required
