Compliance 

 

As part of the Employment Agencies Act 2004 we adhere to the regulations by obtaining the following information for all candidates:

 

• Valid Passport and/or Visa (proof of eligibility to work in the UK)

• Registration Document

• Confirmation of Qualifications and/or Professional Memberships

• Two Professional References (character references requested where applicable)

• Contract for Services (signed by the candidate to confirm they are happy for us to represent them)

 

Internal audits are carried out every month by the Compliance & Legal Department to ensure files are fully compliant and information is valid. Financial penalties are awarded to consultants that are not 100% compliant.
